BBQ menus include biodegradable disposable plates, cutlery and paper napkins


Price includes buffet set up with all serving platters, serving utensils and chaffing dishes

Staffing charges and barbeque would be in addition 

Additional $3 per person if you prefer proper china and flatware

Please add appropriate tax and 17% service charge

Simple Burgers and Dogs Menu $18

Minimum 10 people                                                                               

Natural beef hamburger, hot dog and vegetable burger.  Served with ketchup, mustard, relish, lettuce, onion, tomato and pickles. Comes with a choice of two salads, selection of chips, fresh buns, watermelon and cookies.


Handmade Burger and Sausage Grill $30

Group size 25+ guests

Handmade natural beef hamburgers, chicken burgers,  gourmet smokie sausages and handmade lentil burgers.  Comes with caramelized onions, dill pickles, cheddar cheese slices, all the sauces and produce you can ask for.  Served with your choice of two salads, fresh corn on the cob, buns and fresh baked dessert and fruit platter

Best of the Grill Barbeque $35

Minimum 25 people

Sirloin Steak with horseradish red wine rub and dijon BBQ sauce

Ocean Wise Fillet of BC Salmon with candied ginger sesame sauce

Pesto grilled free range chicken breast

Variety of grilled seasonal veggies marinated in sea salt, lemon and olive oil 

Pork baby back ribs with smoked apple BBQ sauce (additional $6 per person)

Rib eye steak with au jus (additional $6 per person)

Ocean Wise Grilled Pacific halibut fillet with lemon butter cilantro sauce (additional $8 per person)

Skewers of Prawns with garlic butter sauce (additional $8 per person)

Served with your choice of three salads, fresh corn on the cob, bread and fresh baked dessert and fruit platter or Anna’s fresh baked pies ($3 add on per person for pie)

Tossed spring greens, crisp vegetables, pine nuts with house made vinaigrette

Crisp cut chop salad with creamy herb dressing and lots of crunchy vegetables

Mediterranean tomato salad, red wine herb vinaigrette, cucumbers and olives

Spinach salad, grated carrot, spiced pecans with our house miso honey vinaigrette

Grilled Mediterranean vegetables, fresh pesto and balsamic syrup

Quinoa with parsley, mint, citrus juice, and seasonal vegetables

$4 supplement for additional salad choice


Other items to consider and not included in menu pricing:

Service Staff $30 per hour (4 hour minimum), general guideline is one team member per 20 guests for a buffet set up

Cook $35 per hour or Chef $45 per hour

Commercial BBQ $125

Beverages

Rentals that may include glassware, tables, chairs, linen, tenting and decor


Plattered Family Style 

Above Best of Grill BBQ menu is priced as a buffet set up but can easily be transformed to a “plattered family style” meal. 

Each plattered course would be an additional $3 per person to cover off the extra plates and cutlery. The ratio of service staff would also need to increase slightly. A kitchen or proper staging area is required for the chef and catering team to prepare the platters.
