Assorted Sashimi
Presented either on a platter for sharing or on individual platesTuna, salmon, amaebi (shrimp), tako (octopus), white fish, surf clam and Hawaiian tuna served on a bed of shredded daikon.
Clam Miso
Miso soup simmered with manila clams.
Chicken Karaage
Marinated chicken thigh in ginger sauce and deep fried.
Sushi Roll Selection
Blackcomb roll, northern lights roll, California roll, vegetable roll and Campbell river roll.
