Mississauga, Ontario Describe your first experience in the food and beverage industry: Ha, it was one at Square One Shopping Centre at a fast food joint called "Fullers". I had to wear bright orange polyester overalls (very flattering!) and basically made milkshakes and flipped burgers.
How did you end up with WC? Hard work, passion and the best business partner/husband in the world.
What is your favourite dish on the WC menu (past or present)? Oh, there are so many! My fav right now is the Hunter Gather Pemberton Bowl.
What is your most memorable moment with WC? Besides opening both Whistler Cooks and Hunter Gather I would have to say taking on the Vancouver food and beverage contract for The Olympics, 500,000 meals in a 2 week period.
